Constantina Sardini became a member of Being ESSENTIAL & VISIBLE Team in 2015 in the areas of Corporate Training, Seminar Facilitation and Development. She is also a Ph.D. Candidate in Organizational Psychology with specialization in Leadership, while she has developed a long experience in the areas of Business Communication, Corporate Training and Development.
She completed all of her studies in USA obtaining a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Communication. She received a full Scholarship at the age of 23, as a Teaching Assistant in Communication and Public Speaking. She has also worked for major companies in USA and Greece (Account/Client Service Manager-ILM Group in California, Public Relations Manager-New York College, Training Manager-Dynamic Life, Training Manager-Starbucks, Training and Development – Being Essential.
She is an experienced seminar and teambuilding facilitator in topics like Communication, Presentational Skills, Sales & Customer Service, Emotional Intelligence, Managing Teams and Managing Upwards, Leadership, Change Management, and Train the Trainer. Some of the companies she has facilitated: Bayer, Novartis, Perrigo/Omega Pharma, Boehringer Ingelheim, Eurobank, Coca Cola, Vasilopoulos, Coffee Island, AXA, Holmes Place, Dynagas, UMAR, Gaslog, Preventiona at Sea.
