Marina Kounalaki has been working with Being ESSENTIAL in the fields of Training, Facilitation and HR Consulting. She holds a long experience encapsulating the entire range of Human Resources Management. She started her carrier in KPMG, where she undertook several projects on aspects concerning Human Resources, for numerous clients of all business sectors.
Her experience encompasses aspects like People Learning and Development, Recruitment and Selection, Performance Management, Talent Management and Development, Compensation and Benefits management and much more. She continued her career taking executive roles in organizations like EUROBANK, CLUBMED HELLAS and WIND HELLAS on different positions such as Compensation & Benefits Manager, HR Manager and HR Services Director respectively. During all those years, she has been occupied in the whole Human Resources Management spectrum, including that of training and coaching. She holds a Business Administration degree from Athens University of Economics and Business and a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management and Organizational Dynamics from ULB (Brussels Open University). She is a certified advisor of the Investors in People international.
She has been with Being Essential since 2008 and has been a certified trainer of the following LIFT international programs: Goal Mapping, Action Mapping and Life Mapping. She possesses an extensive training experience with prominent organizations like: Piraeus Bank, Eurobank, Interamerican, ING, Pepsico, Coca Cola 3E, Boehringer Ingelheim, GE healthcare, Hellas On Line, Media Saturn, Leroy Merlin, PWC, TITAN international, Mondelez etc.
