Christos Makedos has many years of experience in Development and Human Resource Management, particularly in areas of Leadership, Management, Change Management, Time Management and Negotiations. He is a certified consultant of the Investors in People and the European Excellence Model EFQM. He is also an International Master Trainer on Quality, Productivity and Communication.
He teaches Organizational Behaviour at the Hellenic Management Associations’ postgraduate programs of “Master in Business Administration-HMA” and “MBA of Chartered Management Institute”.
He is a certified trainer for Lift International’s programs of Goal Mapping and Action Mapping.
Having trained over 6.000 professionals in different business sectors, his most recent collaborations include companies such as Eurobank, Piraeus Bank, Hellenic Navy General Staff, Leroy Merlin, Coca Cola 3E, Athenian Brewery, TNT, Media Saturn, Alpha Bank, National Bank of Greece, PWC, etc.
He is a mechanical engineer holding a postgraduate degree in Engineering with specialization in Technology of Materials (Ceramic Engineering) at Staffordshire University in England and an MBA from Keele University. He has an extensive working experience as a Corporate Production Manager in numerous large Greek companies.
